Wisconsin Beef Council is funded by the states cattle farmers, and our mission is to educate consumers about beef's role in a healthy diet, how to prepare beef, and showcasing the efforts of Wisconsin farmers to provide high quality, wholesome beef to the grocery store. We offer a sports nutrition program aimed to help athletes understand the importance of diet to performance, health and recovery.
